Do I need a prescription to order steampunk glasses?
If you want prescription lenses, you will need a valid prescription from your optician or eye doctor. If you only want the frame without prescription lenses, you do not need to submit any prescription information.
How can I submit my prescription information?
You can submit your prescription in two ways. You can upload a clear photo of your prescription, and our team will review the details for you. Alternatively, you can manually enter your SPH, CYL, Axis, and PD measurements in the prescription form.
What if my prescription does not include PD?
Some opticians provide your lens prescription without including your pupillary distance (PD). If your PD is missing, you can use our free online PD measurement tool to estimate your measurement, or contact us and we can help guide you through the process.
Can I upload a photo of my prescription?
Yes. You can upload a clear photo of your prescription in JPG, PNG, or PDF format. Please make sure all numbers and details are visible so our team can accurately review your lens requirements.
Will you check my prescription before making my lenses?
Yes. Before preparing your custom lenses, our team will carefully review the prescription information you provide. If any information is unclear or missing, we will contact you for confirmation before processing your order.
Can I submit my prescription after placing my order?
Yes. If you do not have your prescription ready at checkout, you can submit it later. We will contact you if any additional information is required before your custom lenses are prepared.
